Dolphin lags now and never did before.

So i never had a issue with dolphin until yesterday. This all started after I setup project m to mess around on. Now my melee doesn't even run right when I used to run it at 4k 2x anti and 60 fps perfectly. I have gone though like every setting it seems a million times and every version on dolphin and I just can't get it right. Also another thing is a controller issue when playing project m. One controller works perfect and the other one has a ton of imput lag with the same settings. I use a 4 port mayflash btw.
