Does Coop matchmaking mode have GSP / Elo?

I haven't been able to quite tell whether or not this is true.

When I queue 2v2s with a friend of mine, sometimes it seems like there may be a hidden GSP rating behind us, even though it doesn't display. Does anyone know if this is true?
