All of dr mario's b moves help Recovery
Cape cancel horizontal knock back when it is reverse wavebounce like ROB
Pills can be wavebounce
Down special can be wavebounce
Up special can be wavebounce

Recovery should be hit from a platform high recovering with (F-air->B-stick cape like marth->jump->air dodge->Down special WB then walljump and/or WB Up-special)

F-throw->Cape ->Pivot/Dash Grab
Up-tilt/D-angled F-tilt at low percent
Spacing moves are Down B Down smash and the best Up-angled F-tilt
Cape's use on doc is to maximize the opponent's landing lag.

Parry/Perfect Pivot Grabs are very damaging
(Up-special to platform and D-smash)
D/Up-tilt->Up-Smash/D/Fsmash
(speedy moves like tilts and D-smash works well on cloud)
SH-B-stick-wavebounce-Cape->-F-Tilt->Dash Attack in the Air is a Shield pressure.
D-angled F-tilt,D-smash,D-tilt->cape/nado/Up-special can work too
Dash Attack->B-air->Nado/Grab can work too.
SHFF B-stick-wavebounce-Cape->F-tilt/ONE Punch->F/D-smash is Nado edgegaurd setup
DACUS-Upsmash->B-stick-wavebounce-Cape->Nuetral Air to Punches/smsashescan is priority/shield pressure
Due to the change in airdodge crouch cancelling shield stun (far range Punch/Cape->Nado)/(OOS-F-tilt)/(U-air on shield)/(backfliping and foxtrot dodging and recovery height) is critical

Doc weakness is how easily he's edgegaurded
