Do you Make Games Like Kof In mugen?

MUGEN is really interesting to me, I'd like to try to make some characters for it, but I don't really know where to start.

Anyone know of any real quality tutorials for it?

Depends adding Characters is Easy but Stages and Other things can be more Difficult i have made a (Pretty meh) Dragon ball Mugen tho its not for me
