From the ledge, Meta Knight can get up from the ledge with his Dimensional Cape.

Tealz Stall or Dimensional Cape Stall (TS or DCS)

Similar to DCMR, Meta knight can ledgestall with his Dimensional Cape. You have to DCEC/DCLC.
