Deleted the software but also accidentally deleted PP

I deleted Smash Bros and reinstalled it to download 3.0.0. I had Piranha Plant before I did this. However, this deleted Piranha Plant in the process. When I checked the eshop, it said that it was purchased. How do you redownload?
