ill add it once i get my wifi working, my dumb router doesn't like it so much so it keeps kicking me out. So i gotta

a. find the correct port to open (which is pretty much impossible)
b. take down all my firewalls on my router/computer and don't do anything else internet related except for smash.
c. buy a new router that will be nice :D

and C would be the best answer, but i don't start working until the first week of april :C

Edit: did u get the electricity working in the pool hall tru?

That's sucks. I don't even know what a router does. I have a USB connector and a LAN adaptor and I can play with people from here to canada with no lag and that's all that matters to me. You can borrow one if you want.

no i didnt yet wich sucks and now i have a blood clot in the side of my head from when i was sick wich has caused an incredibly painful ear infection on top of that =(

Here's the reason why I retired from Melee. I was planning on getting competive as soon as Brawl was released. Then it got delayed and eventually I came up with the idea of getting competive with Melee to help wait for Brawl. I thought everybody else would drop Melee or treat it like they do 64. And then it was when I meet the smashers from Dover who were technical. After hearing them talk about Melee, it explain alot about why I didn't always canceled on the edge from a spinattack, or SD from a hooshoot, etc... which pretty much made me just wait to Brawl came out to become technical like that. It being a new game, only being out for two weeks, Melee about 7 years and took years to become competive, where Brawl was technically competive before it came out. I think Brawl has much more potential than Melee. But I saw alot people take what I call the Isai route, sticking the Melee and not moving on to Brawl, which is silly to me in my opinion. I love Melee, but I don't see much reason why I should keep playing it competively more than I should Smash 64.

Did the feds give you a paper warning, or was it somebody who lives in my house. You did park in my backyard right? Just leave a note saying you've been given permision to park there.

well in that case nova ill try to have it in dover then.if i can get my electricity back in my pool hall then i can finally start my bi-weeklies.

also if i do then we can finally start to have our official unofficial tournies for melee and brawl =D

Can't wait. I try to get in touch with Epic and Srules about having a smashfest tommorow at Rodney dorms.

i already have one of those, it's just that my router controls all the internet accessibility in my house and it set 2 not let outside things in.

Routers are what connect internet or network multiple computers to one thing.
Example: using a router is the way people network 3 computers up to 1 printer, like in computer class or something.

it was a fenced up area except for one entrance, like going into a fast food place. Small square area, fits at most 4 cars? Facing the dorms from your house, take a right and take one more right as soon as you can? Looking towards the front entrance of your house, its on the left side of it?

Hahahaha. Actually, I've been a director for a hot minute, since I was trying to host that tourney were not alot of people were interested in, pretty much around the time I met you and some of the players from dover for the first time. I just now accured to me that I could change the color of my name.

I'm still determined to turn Delaware into a competive state for Smash. I'm not too sure on how I'm going to do it right now since I haven't gotten my name out there like that yet, but once I do with start doing tourneys at my school since I have permision. For right now, I try to do what I can to support Tru with his tournies if he needs my help.

As for the parking lot thing, it's all striaght aslong as you leave a note.

I haven't got intouch with anyone yet. I don't think Epic's phone is on. I'll call him again and Srules a little later.

well SPOC is monthly so id assume end of april.... however smashtastrophe II is in april 26th, but i dont know if that will affect it at all, so it might be first week of May. Can't tell til they post a date.

As for CoT, don't know til a date is posted.

As for a ride, i could do the ride, but would there a way for you to catch a bus up here? Cuz otherwise id have to drive down, come back, and then go ... but if it isn't too much of a trip to go down there it might not be a big deal.

I'm planing on going to as many tournaments as I can. I could have gone to alot but either something came up, or I screwed up on getting a ride. Like one time I was going to be late to one of the SPOC and my dad was going to take me. But I didn't say anything to him, and he thought I didn't want to go somewhere else instead.

We should all go to CoT. I'll got to SPOC aslong as you guys are going. I wish they would do Brawl tournies, but they love Melee more, so more power to them.

I'm going to No nonsense, Brawl 2.0 in Princeton NJ on the 29th. I think we should all go to that one. I think it would be a good turnout.

As for tommorow, I still have to get intouch with Epic and Srules. Unless theres some other place we could get together at. I will be able to do fest again at my house eventually, but I know if I ask my folks on short notice, they would say no.

I was planning on doing a tourney in May. Gives me alot of time to prep, and I think I'll be able to get alot of people to come i that amount of time.

The venue I have in mind is one of my school gyms, which I have mentioned before. I was trying to host a large scale tourney, but I was a little in over my head at the time. It shoe matches that scared people away. Or maybe theres a spot we could us at UD. If it'll help put DE on the map, I'm down.

EDit; Srules and Epic aren't on spring break, so I don't think we could get together at the Rodney dorms at the moment.
