Well it's just.... what attacks would he use? It's just... Animal Crossing isn't a fighting game.... and as far as I know it wouldn't have a ton of moves for it....

swap vaati for midna, take out lucario, villager, and ray 001 and geno. And replace with wolf and chibi-robo (i know hes not likely either i just think it would be awsome to see him in there).

Lucario: From what we have seen sakauri really likes 1st gen playable poke's and i dont see that changing this time around.

villager: im assuming he/she has been deconfirmed in the ac stage.

geno: Only been in 1 game (no im not counting that cameo), his game may have made an impact, but he was not the face of the game.

ray 01: i have no idea who this is and i doubt many others do either.

No. I already explained why Vaati would be a better choice than Midna.

I'm trying to predict what is likely, not what every single person wants. Those characters have no chance.

What we've seen? What we've seen is Melee, and when that came around there were only 2 generations. By the way, Pichu says hi. Well this is Brawl and there are 4 generations. Times change.

You can make him/her have a variety of looks. The spectators on Smashville aren't necessarily the main character.

Just because you don't, that doesn't mean everyone else doesn't. In fact, you're the first I've ever heard say you've never heard of Ray 01. He's on the list and there are three Custom Robo trophies in Melee. Plenty of people know about him. Though in your defense, Custom Robo is a Japan-only series.

that sorta goes against your reasoning for not including mii's. If you use the same logic for both then ac villagers shouldnt be in there cause they are customizable too.

Custom Robo isn't a Japan-only series. They've had 2 games released in the U.S., unless what you mean it is that it is more popular in Japan.

yeah i really don't think they would put a character in the background of a stage and make it playable, even if there are multiple forms of them. For example, in the poke stages you never saw pikachu, pichus, jigglypuff, or mewtwo in the background didja?

I'm hoping they can **** PT while on the AC stage. It'll be pretty funny to see them beat the crap outta him in the background.

Still, the second generation didn't really have many good options for playable characters anyway. Of all the useless Pokémon support threads that clog this forum, I've only seen one (besides Pichu) for a second-generation Pokémon, and it's Tyranitar. The popular second generation Pokémon just don't seem to work. Not only that, but the first generation Pokémon that were playable were very popular, so a 3:1 generation ratio is reasonable over a 1:1.

But now there are two additional generations of Pokémon. I bet that if Lucario was a second generation Pokémon and as popular as he is, he would've been in Melee over Pichu.

You misunderstood what I meant by 'customizable'. I also mentioned the default Mii (when you go to make a Mii, they have a basic male model and a basic female model all set up for you). So it would work (in my opinion) for both if Nintendo decides beforehand what the models are.[/FONT]
