D tilt to f tilt

Is it me or did they kind of Nerf this combo.
I've noticed that a lot of the time the f tilt doesn't connect anymore. Why is that?

It's always been like that. Depending on percent, weight, fall speed, and DI, as well as the nature of Ftilt (because for some reason, the first hit makes the second hit whiff sometimes), this combo has been iffy at certain percents.

It doesn't work on most of the cast but its really good against Greninja, Fox, Sheik, Falcon up to like 20%

Use it on fast fallers those are the ones that get hit by it correctly.

It's more optimal to do other combos like
down tilt down tilt
Down tilt side b
Down tilt pp up tilt
