D-tilt is a kill confirm?!?

This is a video on pivot d-tilts in general, but it turns out that d-tilt > pivot d-tilt > Up-smash is a true combo.

I've been having trouble pulling it off consistently, but if I feel like it will really help us get kills, as I know I struggle to kill characters with good recoveries.

If you can do this out of shield at close range then this will be good but if you can't then it probably be situational, no one in their right mindset is going to let a ROB main just run up dtilt.
