Custom Music Is Instead Playing The FD Song

I had recently put some custom music on to Melee when I noticed one of my songs will not work. It will instead play the FD Theme (Which I have set as Smash Hype Train) The song Is Divine Decree Ablaze and its Around 5 minutes and 44 Seconds Long. I tried rebuilding the file, tried getting new versions of it, and nothing. It keeps loading the FD song. if anyone could help me out with this I would appreciate it.
