Custom Music crashes game

at exactly 7:48.88 on the timer the game crashes

The music is 1:19.707 long

I beleive ive done the hex editing correctly, so why would this happen?

don't hex edit in 2019 unless you're intentionally learning the HPS format https://smashboards.com/threads/dsp2hps-melee-music-in-2016.439620/


if you are intentionally learning the HPS format, you've done something wrong, judging by the timer near, but not at the beginning, of the file. you're gonna have to go through and double check. if you're not using some sort of diff tool that supports hex already, that would help
