Custom CSS not selecting characters sometimes.

Every once in awhile my Custom CSS like doesn't select characters.

As in the marker floats above the character and it doesn't select it.
So far only the left half [Marth ,Snake, Sonic etc] and the bottom left [wario, ROB, etc]
