CSS editing for names below icons

I know how to edit the character names that display under a selected character, but i can't find the textures for the names under the character icons. anyone know where they are? i looked under sc_selcharacter 1 and 2 but couldn't find anything.

Edit: turns out i don't know how to edit names that display under the character portrait. i tried editing ganondorf's name with the Super Smash Font in paint.net, but injecting the file back into common5 made a corrupted image. do i need special image properties to save with? MSpaint implements antialiasing/colorblending between the black background and white text, and i read somewhere i have to make the texture with greyscale.

You might want to try this guide.

Just remember that the image sizes are fixed, and must be followed. Your goal is to replicate the style of the other name images.
