CSPs: NEED HELP

I try to make CSPs, but, although it makes the files, they don't show up in game!
But it says "ERROR: [so and so] does not have an indexed palette. It will be ignored." However, when I check them, the palettes ARE indexed!
Can anyone tell me what the heck is going on?!

EDIT: Why had my topic gotten over 30 views, but no responses? >_>
