crouchcancel up-b?

which moves are punishable by crouchcanceling into up-b? or are there even any reliable situations?
i latley crouchcanceld falcons side-b into up-b and it seemd like he wouldnt been able to shield

The problem with Luigi is that he slide far when getting hit by a move while CCing. So it s hard to connect a little hitboxe like UpB even if it s quick (5 frames).

Anyway, with a good spacing, most of the attacks can't be CC to UpB. In the same time, most of the attacks can be CC to UpB if they are badly spaced or your opponent is still moving toward you after the hit (like dash attack or different approches).

What you said about falcon sideB is interesting. Cause moves sending you vertically won't make you slide when crouching but they will when shielding. So maybe you can look for those kind of moves to CC instead of shield.

do you know if you can affect the distance you slide by tilting the stick in a direction while crouching?

Mmmh, don't tink so but should be test. Anyway you would just get the variation of DI between 45° down left to 45° down right, or you would not crouching anymore.
