ALRIGHTY!!!! hello i'm back everyone with mai second tourney, and its called Criminal Minds. =3
Okay the rules for this tourney are a little complicated so please read the rules. ^_^
i am going to have the entire stage roster up for counterpicks, but guess what, i'm only choosing 5 stages for each round that your able to counterpick from. also im giving your opponent and you 3 bans each. and you guys ban 3 of the 5 stages, which in hand only allows 2 choosable cps for you and your opponent (whether they're terrible or not, thats the theme to control what your opponent can do.). there will be the traditional stage striking for the first match of each set though, so no worries there will be at least one normal stage to fight on. ^_^
Rules:
~ 3 stock.
~ 8 minutes.
~ NO ITEMS, THEY ARE SET TO "OFF", AND "NONE".
~ 16-man, double elimination tourney.
~ no character is banned.
~ infinites are allowed but only to 200%.
~ Winnerz and Loserz Semi'z are best 3/5.
~ Winnerz and Loserz Final'z are best 3/5.
~ Grand Final's are best 3/5, everything else iz best 2/3. =3
~ any stalling, cheating, MK's infinite dimentional cape glitch thingy iz banned.
~ i have chosen about 32 people to join this tourney so this hopefully won't affect anyone, but to sign up i would prefer you had a minimum of 50 posts.
~ if the match ends with a ganonside, kirby/DDD swallow, etc., the winner iz the person who did the move.
~ if the match runs out of time the winner iz the person with more stocks, if both players have the same amount of stocks then the winner is the person with the least amount of damage%, if it is a complete tie, then YOU WILL REDO THAT MATCH!!!!!!! >=O
~ both players may counterpick the same stage.
~ each rounds available stages are DOWN THAR!!!! >=O

Okay before we get to the CP's i just want to announce the rules for counterpicking!!!!!!! First, you and your opponent strike 2 stages each, EXAMPLE: i would strike YI and BF, then my opponent would strike 2 of the three left and we would go to that stage for the first match!!! (I'm pretty sure most of you know this! ^_^)
CounterPicks:
player1 bans 3 of the 5 stages. thus allowing player2 to only cp stages from the remaining 2 stages.
then it resets, player2 bans 3 stages, thus allowing player1 to cp from the remaining 2 stages. ^_^
