Smash Champion
So Guys, I got the Idea (Well I think everyone had this already but nobody did an Thread xP) to create a complete new Brawl via PSA, or other Hacks, as far as the result for each character only requires a .pac (and only the file replacement hack).
Important thing should be character balance. That means, a character could be broken, but only if all characters are broken (Which most PSA characters are xD).
So if test-players recognize that a character is to powerful over the rest of the cast we could relatively easy decrease the power of the character (if the creator agrees) or we just take another character.
The characters chosen should feel different from their originals, that means they have (some) complete new moves and/or other stuffs which makes them unique.
We could also find a new name for this brawl. For example: SSBB Super Smash Bros. Broken or something like that ^^
Format:
Original Character --- New One --- Download Link (Commentary if needed - e.g. broken etc.)

I think we should at first collect some ideas for character or already finished characters.
