create a Smash moveset for a dumb character!

basically, one person posts a dumb character, and another person posts a moveset (special moves at least, but feel free to go beyond) for that dumb character, and the dumb character they want a moveset for. try to keep the characters real dumb rather than just characters you don't like, but I can't enforce anything. also, try to keep the moveset relevant in some way to the character's origins.

I'll begin y'all with an easy one: Homer Simpson. 29 seasons (only 9 of which are good) and 25 games worth of history, it should be easy to find some moveset potential.

Hugh Neutron

 

[Wario Wario Wario]

I wanted an entire B moveset, but whatever...

anyway, Hugh:

Up B: Octopus Man throws Hugh upwards
Side B: Hugh throws a pie, this sticks to the foe like a Pikmin, but instead of damaging them, it stops them from using specials
Down B: Hugh puts down a Yu-Gi-Oh card, if the foe walks on it, they get sent into the Shadow Realm for 10 seconds, harming them by 5% every second, but they can button mash to escape
B: Hugh sets a duck on the ground which walks around the stage, damaging any foe in it's path (similar to the Starfy assist trophy and Mechakoopa)
Final Smash: Hugh makes his foes sit on a banana, that of course, will change their life.

Big the Cat

 

[Spoon Man the Eleventh]

Side B: Big swings his Fishing Pole around
Down B: Big jumps up and smashes on the ground.
B: Big pulls out his Fishing Pole and, well, fishes. It can pull people out of the ground, steal items, and just hurt people.
Up B: Big grabs the ledge with his Fishing Pole for a tether.
Final Smash: Big teams up with the rest of Team Rose.

Neutral-B: Hit. H hits his opponents

Side-B: Hide. It hides, making it invincible

Up B: High. It jumps up very high.

Down B: Humming. It hums a very soothing song, putting it's opponents to sleep

Final Smash: ABCs. It sings the ABCs, which puts everyone to sleep. The 26 letters then fly across the screen, damaging everyone in it's path.
