could people get brawl earlier than others

I was wondering since 12 o'clock happens at different times because of time zones. So is it possible for people to get brawl an hour to two hours earlier than others.

Yes, time zones happen, and yes, certain people will have the game earlier then others. Simple logic.

Oh and, people who pre-ordered their copy AND work at Gamestop might actually be playing DAYS earlier then most.

No. Time zones dont effect release dates. Everyone gets the game at exactly the same time; it's how Harry Potter was done to avoid spoilers from the Asian countries.


Employees at GameStop are probably going to get shipments first and play the game days before they can legally sell them to the public.

Most stores, including Family Video and Movie Gallery, did exactly that until recently, when publishers got ticked off and it is now illegal for them to do so.

I would know, a buddy of mine brought Halo 3 over to play the Saturday before it came out, and I asked him to do the same for Brawl as an incentive to come to my tournament the Saturday before Brawl, but he informed me it was now illegal.

I plan on playing mine on the 8th, when it arrives in my store.
I plan on playing the japanese one on the 24th on my modded wii once it is uploaded on the internet.

I'm stationed here on the island of Guam, so I'll technically earlier than the states. And on top of that, I got Galaxy a day early, not including the time difference, because the exchange on base put it out early. So I'm hoping for something similar come Feb. 10th.

A whole nation of people are definitely going to get Brawl before everyone else, the Japanese.
If you want to play Brawl as soon as possible, mod your Wii and import the Japanese version. I'm pretty sure many people are going to do that.
