I saw a thread like this about Olimar, and it got me thinking about other characters being in the top 15. Obviously, there can only be so many, but is Falcon one of them? Falcon has a lot of combos, punishes, KO options, and he's fast. He has a few things like recovery that hurts his placement, but nothing way too serious.

He has way too many bad MUs within the top tiers to be considered that high, he is good enough to be right outside the top 15 though.
