• Ftilt links more reliably
• Fair hitlag reduced
• Bair landing lag reduced (19f > 15f)

honestly, I've never had a problem getting ftilt to link. If they were gonna fix anything in that regard it should have been up air.
Fair nerf makes me a little sad. Bair buff is nice though.

EDIT: As far as I can tell, the fair hasn't actually been nerfed much. It seems like what they meant is that the first 5 hits of fair come out faster when connecting with an opponent. I'm fine with that. Getting hit with the old fair was far too obnoxious since it took so long to finish, especially if it was after SC
