Complete 'Toot-Toot' Character Percentages

So, an update to this post if you're seeing it now, this list is very outdated. It's over a year and a half old at this point. Since then I've made a lot of new discoveries involving the toot list and have both types of DI, rage, and platform assists, as well as execution data.

Thought I might as well do this now. I'll frequently update if I found out any of the data I recorded was false (for example, if I wasn't paying attention to the combo counter and it actually wasn't true).

Keep in mind, that jump timings change as the percent gets higher in the window. You basically have to stretch out your jumps as far as possible for it to connect, which is why I'd recommend just trying to get the lower half of the windows.

I'll put different orders for curiosity's sake.

Spoiler: Important Facts for the Combo

Weight slows down throws for Mr. Game & Watch. This also extends endlag, and makes landing the combo on heavier characters difficult, namely Bowser and King Dedede.

Floaties get out of the first hit easier, lowing the window. The plus side, they are far more susceptible to windbox shenanigans, despite their jump height (Jigglypuff is a good example of this). Jumping away should cause them to be blown off the top.

Going with the idea that you want to catch an airdodge outside of the combo windows, it's important to keep in mind that certain characters can change the direction they're moving immediately when they airdodge. I'll make a list of these characters soon, but to name a few, Kirby, Ness, and Lucas are common examples. This can potentially change a MU for better or worse, in my opinion.

Dthrow -> Uair. At certain percents (specified in the OP), it's a true combo and kills off the top.

So I'm Assuming this is all without any rage?

Yes, this is without rage. Although I do plan on doing percent rubber banding, and post the results here. Likely in the form of "If you have __% then the latter is decreased by __." or something.

Updated a few things:
-Every window (other than Samus) was off by 1 percent, since I did a mathematical count not a logical one. In this case every percent window has been bumped up by 1, but ultimately each order remains the exact same.
-1.1.5 Character weight changes

Bowser ---- 108-119 (12% window) -> 109-119 (11% window)
Charizard - 101-120 (20% window) -> 101-112 (12% window)
Mewtwo ---- 82-100 (19% window) --> 84-102 (19% window)
Samus -----98-99 (2% window) -----> 99-104 (6% window)

Expect at least one more change in the future. I'm feeling iffy about how generous I made Bayonetta's window, without keeping her frame 1 airdodge in mind, and I've been informed a few windows such as Roy's are too small. I'd change them now, but I just don't have the time to, thanks for the patience.

EDIT: Forgot Samus, and got some %s wrong. Should be alright now.
