Community Ruleset

I was watching a video where M2K was discussing what ruleset he thinks should be legal, while watching I was wondering what a community voted ruleset would look like since everyone right now has their own preferred rules. So I made a google form to see this.

Note: I don't think this should have any impact on tournaments and was just made out of my curiosity.

Just so you know, Underdog Boost and Rage are different mechanics.

Rage increases knockback when you're at higher percents and can't be turned off. Underdog boost increases both damage and knockback for whoever has less stocks.

Also Pokemon Stadium 1 vs 2 is a bit of a debate right now - they are slightly different and some people prefer one over the other, but most agree we should not have both.

You may want to play with your wording on that. After reading ahead and saw you had something separate for counterpicks, I took "legal" as "starter". I'd be willing to bet not everyone took it that way, and your results will be skewed by it.
