Cloud Mario Matchup? Spam Bair?

This should be in the matchup thread.
It's not as simple as just spamming B-airs, but I understand what Anti is saying with Twitter's limited word count. Cloud beats Mario because his range is simply better and he is just as fast as Mario (faster with limit). Cloud's sword eats through Mario's fire-ball and outranges anything he has, particularly Cloud's B-air is pretty brutal (it has more range than Shiek's F-air).
Generally speaking, Mario has a very difficult time going into Cloud's zone.
