Chrom's Weakness

Hello I mainly play as YL and I Chrom to be the fastest/hardest character ive faught. He's throwing out heaving smash attacks that come out as fast as my arrows. Are there any tips or weakness against him? I try to run and space my arrows but its so difficult because hes faster than me, out spaces me and I usually dont have time to pull out anything to throw out at him. And he can also slice alot of my projectiles. Any advice?
