@Smith: You're still competing, and maybe the point of it all is not to try and beat anyone but enjoy the game together. No matter what rules there are, competition will change the atmosphere of the place and I'm not sure we want that.

I'm fine with goofy tournaments, but I think that there shouldn't be any prizes or gift-giving related to them.

If you're playing for a prize, the competitive nature can ruin the mood.

If you have to give a gift for every time you win, then there's no incentive to win, which is plain silly.

So yeah, goofy tournaments for the sake of goofy tournaments; that's my vote. Gifts can simply be shared in some other way (like Secret Santa).

Well it's starting to look like "bring random game" idea isn't gonna work.

We either need to start compromising on this stuff(via vote or whatever) or find a way to just enjoy smash while we're there. Personally I don't care but this disorganization isn't getting us anywhere lol.

Danny is even gayer in Assault than he is at Brawl.

What he mainly does is abuse Peppy's 4x charge to snipe you with ridiculous accuracy using the normal blaster, all while using Peppy's great jumps for mindgames. HE WILL EVEN TAKE YOU OUT WHEN YOU'RE RIDING A LANDMASTER OR ARWING WITH HIS NORMAL BLASTER IF YOU LET HIM. And don't get me started on his strange magical ability to hog good weapons/items/vehicles. This guy is literally the ultimate opportunist of this game, and an insane marksman to boot.

Mike (KSK) and I have nightmares of multiplayer with Danny. That terrorist just laughs as we drown in a pool of salt.
