Like... Nintendo barely does anything with their own IP outside of their flagship titles, and even those can be handled poorly or take forever to come out. If Nintendo owned any of these, the chances they'd suddenly become restored to their former glory and get a steady flow of new games is actually very slim. This is why I'd much rather Banjo Kazooie be owned by Playtonic, and not Nintendo. At least then it'd be in the hands of people who actually want to make the games and not an IP horder like Nintendo.

I'd definitely want Skies of Arcadia to be brought back from the dead. Gunvolt and the Tales of series are other two I picked from the list, though I wouldn't say either of them really need any reviving, especially seeing as there's another game coming out on the Switch for the Gunvolt series staring Copen.

With any active Nintendo franchise, you can safely assume they’ll put out decent installments. Although I love Ratchet and Clank, the reason I didn’t choose them is because that franchise has been managed well without the Big N.

Banjo Kazooie on the other hand...

While you could be right about that, they could just let Retro Studios make the Banjo & Kazooie games just like how they're letting them make the DKC games. It would make a lot of sense because it's a Rareware franchise just like DKC was, and if Retro can do DKC justice, than they can do Banjo & Kazooie justice.

Did you read the OP??, Stuff that Nintendo owns and revives, basicly just pick franchises that under your Nintendo presidency are flagships (and yes, you can have all already exsisting IPs.
