Cheap and good condition working GC Controller?

Ive been using a 3rd party USB controller for quite some time and ive gotten used to it but I decided that I wanted to buy a new controller that was acctually in good condition.
So my question is are there any places where you can get these? I know that eBay is one place but sometimes you wont get lucky and end up getting a really rubbish controller. Also the new one that got released during when ultimate came out is now like 120 bucks so yea that sucks.
