Character signature icons

I havent been able to find a thread with a compliaton of them or anything, is there one? Im talking about the little icons lots of people have like:

and character support:

I gotta think theres a big thread I couldnt find with a ton of these. Or do you just have to get lucky and see them in persons sigs and steal them?

Sorry for making a topic about it, but I want to know where people get these.
