The following is an ordered list of characters representing their shield size relative to their character hurt box, from largest to smallest. This was tested in training mode using the Super Scope item on either ends of a Battlefield platform with Mario to count how many hits a characters shield could sustain before being shield poked.

May I assist with Monado Shield's ranking?

Monado Shield Shulk's bubble shield can handle 38 shots before it breaks on it's own. So basically, Shield Shulk never gets shield poked by Super Scope uncharged pew pew. Yoshi broke after about 25 shots & didn't get shield poked either.

That information could be very useful, and is needed to further understand sheiks shield break combo ( http://smashboards.com/threads/sheik-shield-break-optimal-follow-ups.422637/ ). I started a list but have been unable to properly test.

What would be the ideal method to test this, but to poke the head of someone from a neutral shield stance? I'm thinking the slopes of Yoshi's.

But yeah, testing head shots is really important to characters with strong projectiles or air attacks.

Decisive Shield Shulk's bubble shield took 42 shots & then broke. Hyper Shield Shulk's bubble shield was able to take 45 shots while it lasted, but then HShield deactivated due to not lasting long enough & the 46th shot hit Vanilla Shulk's bubble shield breaking it. And again, these bubble shields were not shield poked.
