Character name file location

Does anyone know where the character names that are used on Pictochat and the like are located? I know that the "Now Entering" part is in the stage pac, but I haven't found the names that go with them. I've tried all of the common_# files so far, with no luck. Even if we don't have a specific file, a guess would help. I just want to be able to edit them for whatever reason.

I think they are in a MSBIN inside the PAC.

I've checked, they're not. In fact, the MSBIN's in PictoChat are all text from Pokemon Stadium! And Pokemon Stadium doesn't even have any MSBIN's!

Yeah, that was pretty odd. I checked a few more files where character textures are with no luck. I wonder if the names are in some universal MSBIN...

Try opening it with a Hex editor, yah never know what you'll find when you do that.
