Character Development question. (Animation related) (Pls help)

I'm working on a project to bring a new character to Smash. I have no goal as to what mod I would attempt adapt this character to.

But I am starting to sketch a moveset for a pretty popular character. I will begin a mock-up animation reel shortly, as I have already acquired all the models necessary.

I wanted to ask how many unique must-have animations do all characters posses? I'm making a list of everything I have thought of with this post, and I wanted to see if you guys can help me identify which ones am I missing so far.

Movement:

Idle
Idle Breaks (At least two)
Turnaround (Must interlope with Dash)
Walking (Layered Interloping animation from Sneak, to Walk, to Pace, to Jog)
Dash (Must interlope with Run)
