Not much else to post yet, but I plan on making a new moveset for him, and any help offered would be cool

Unfortunately, you're going to have to post Isaac in the Model Swap/Animation/PSA character archive instead of making a New Topic (read the "Read this before making a New Topic!" announcement or read the Welcome Wagon sticky on top of the board for more information). But this definitely looks interesting.
