Chaco Presents: Tier Whores
After the finish of TDE, I decided to make it a series of random tournaments. So thus, forth, I will host a new tournament after each one finishes. This time it's Tier Whores, only Top Tier Characters and Capt. Falcon for Shadow. So have fun and sign up.

Rules and the Such:
1. 3 Stocks
2. No time limit
3. Items set to "off" and "none"
4. Sets will be; Best 2 out of 3 for all but Finals, which will be best 3/5.
5. Stalling a match for longer than 10 seconds results in DQ.
6. If lag is a problem, you are allowed to find a middle man to even out lag.
7. If you feel anything is out of place and would like a ref, you may ask for one. A ref will SD before the match begins, and just observe. In the even a ref accidentally damages an opponent the game will be restarted. Refs are appointed by me.
8. Any wall infinite must be cut off after 300% is reached or will result in DQ.
9. I will not hesitate to DQ you, if you are not here when you and your opponent made a time.
10. Contact your opponent! I will not stay on you to fight them, it is your responsibility.
