July 23 & 24 in Celaya, Guanajuato, México.
We'll go for you once you arrive on Celaya.
Host:
You can arrive early and/or leave later the tournament, you are welcome to stay.
Transport:
The bus costs 6 pesos and taxis 30 to 50, so there's not much problem.
We have an airport on the city.
