CBliss Stock Icons?

When I replace stock icons on costumes added with CBliss, they don't keep their transparency and have an added black background. I don't really know why this is happening or how to fix it, so any help would be appreciated.

How did you replace the stock icons? I've had no problems like this so some more details would be nice
