Car trouble. Mechanical help please?

Hi i am having trouble starting my 98 prelude. Dash lights dont come on, engine doesnt attempt to crank. fuses arent blown or anything. Instead of explaining everything here i would just like to ask if anyone is mechanically inclined in this sort of ordeal to PM and that would be great. thanks
