I know that this move creates a lot of good combo opportunities, and even Knee setups. Is this move good to throw out in the neutral like you would Nair? Or, will you get punished if you throw it out a lot?

Probably should of asked the Q&A boards. Falling U-air is safe on shield. I usually put a jab right after a falling U-Air. Usually opponents want to punish as soon as you land. Hit em with the 3 piece. (Gentleman)

It's a good move aslong as you mixup what you follow up with afterwards. Usually gentleman is a good followup but if you find they're holding shield make sure to follow up with a grab instead. Don't use it too often though as it can be shield grabbed somewhat easily if they're expecting it. Try to mix it up with empty hops and tomahawks to keep the opponent on edge.

No, if you do it at the right time (just before landing) it can't be shieldgrabbed. If you're getting your FF Uairs shield grabbed you need to practice your timings.

No it's the contrary actually you need to land as soon as the hitbox comes out (and hits the shield), so you have to start the Uair as close to the ground as possible.

It is pretty good to fade back with SHFF uair in neutral to catch a roll or them running in on u if they don't have a disjoint
