CANCELLED: Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Tournament at the Rehoboth Beach Public Library

The Rehoboth Beach Public Library is starting up Super Smash Bros. tournaments again. The next one will take place on Saturday, January 22. The doors will open at 10:30 with the tournament starting at 11:00. All ages are welcome to play. We'll also have several game stations set up for participants to enjoy while waiting for your turn at the controller.

The rules will be as follows:

• Single elimination
• 3-stock, 7 minute battles
• Random stage selection
• No illegal stages, and assists, items, and spirits will be free to use. This is a "welcome back" event of sorts, so anything goes.
• Bad sportsmanship and/or harassment of other players will NOT be tolerated. Anyone who does not respect this rule will get one warning and then be asked to leave if the behavior continues.

Face masks are required at all times in the library. Please note that this event is subject to cancellation if we feel that conditions are unsafe due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Do not come if you are not feeling well or experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
