Can you make a biased argument that jigglypuff shouldn't be at the bottom of the tier list?

And where do you think jiggs shoud be? 10th worst character?
Why do you think jiggs is so underestemated. Sure she's given the weak by sakeri but she has her moves.

I feel like Jigglypuff struggles with inconsistency. She can space bairs and work up a lead, but most of her kills seem to come from edgeguarding or rest. It's all so risky because she can die so early to any sort of cheese. I've been killed off the top by rest and then gotten back in time to hit Jigglypuff out of her own attack. It seems like bad design.

Even though her speed is actually trash, her moveset kinda makes up for it. Her rest is obviously her best move (and makes a great highlight reel) and her air combos are very good for gimping and edge-guarding people. If you can also do some serious mindgames with your opponent you can get off some great punishes. IT ISN"T JUGGLYPUFF'S FAULT SAKURAI HATES HER.

She has a move that can be combo'd into that can kill opponents under 40%. However, the viability of a tier list becomes extremely obscured the lower and lower you go. Every character in this game is viable.

Jigglypuff is actually the best character in the game because she is Jigglypuff, which means she is amazing by nature. It doesn't matter if Jigglypuff struggles against anything, just Rest to win, even 's so called in-escapable grab release on her can be beat by Rest, if it's the last three seconds when he grabs you, just Rest to avoid the first hit and wow, he won't kill you in time! 's Witch Twist starts on frame 4, but Rest's hitbox comes out frame 2, just get the read and adapt. Jigglypuff is a literal god, all you need to do is read people's minds and you'll be able to use the best character in the game.
