Can this laptop run netplay?

I have this old (~2015-2016) laptop that I was wondering if could run netplay okay? I'm using FM 5.9/Project Slippi R10 and playing offline gives me 59-60 FPS usually.

Processer: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3050 @ 1.60GHz
RAM: 4GB
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics

(ik it's not great or anything, i'm just wondering if tweaking around with stuff like the cpu clock override would help)

It should be fine but you may experience small FPS drops sometimes.
As far as I remember Dolphin wasn't performing well on non-iX Intel processors.

Pretty sure there are no options you can change to play FM on that machine. Even if the CPU were twice as fast, I'd be skeptical.
