i am having a very hard time finding out how to get the NTSC file for Brawl and i cant seem to even figure out how to install Legacy XP. please let me know if you know how to do this.

Hi. You cannot ask for a disc file for Super Smash Bros. Brawl here. No ROMs, ISOs, etc. are allowed. If you're still needing help installing Legacy XP, there's a trouble shooting FAQ on their website. Failing that, I recommend hitting up their Discord. Folks here are going to be most helpful with installing vanilla Project M.
