Can someone explain how can you do a nair loop with Pikachu

So I picked up Pikachu for about 2 weeks now and I want to start learning combos with him. I watched ESAM's guide on how to do the Nair Loop but I'm struggling with the timing and the character that I'm practicing in training mode won't stand still when performing the combo when I started nairing.

Any advice that will help me?
