Request C-Stick Charged Smash Attacks and C-Stick Dash Attack

If anyone has the free time, and if this is possible, I'm requesting a mod in which C-Stick can execute Dash Attacks and Charged Smash Attacks similar to Brawl and Smash 4. Thanks.

I personally hit the c-stick then hold A right before the move actually comes out. Not sure of the frame data of it but quicker moves are obviously harder to hit quickly enough. Works great for Falcon's Down Smash if I decide I wanna change up the timing really quick.

Well anyway, the A or Z button should be tapped as soon as (if not as the same time as) when the stick hits the rim.

Yeah, I'm more or less wanting it to be the same as Brawl/Smash 4 so I don't get muscle memory confused. Haha.

Because Sakurai improved on certain aspects that can easily be adopted towards Melee. Melee isn't 100% perfect.

I having problems doing a charged smash attack in brawl with the c stick where I can not charge it with the c stick and can only charge a smash attack when holding A and pulling the stick in a direction if anyone knows what the problem is please let me know
