I'm still pretty sure that Andy would be in before Will but other than that i like your list...though Macaiah should be in as should Geno and Isaac. In place of Mike Jones, Lip, and Eggplant wizard.

As for Regal, I like the inclusion of characters from a few unrepresented series, like Isaac, Ray, and Andy. I think that 4 FE reps is a bit much though. The series isn't really that important. Also, Black Shadow isn't a deserving character; he's a generic, unimportant villlain from a small series, and I think F-Zero is only going to get a single rep because it's not a major series, and the obvious choice (Goroh) is deconfirmed. Similarly, all the likely Animal Crossing reps seem to be deconfirmed, so I don't expect that series to get representation either.

Also, Mother is a small series that doesn't deserve 3 reps; kick out Ness because Lucas has taken his place. As much as I hate Krystal, I think that she will be in instead of Wolf. Wolf has nothing that really sets him apart from either Fox or Falco, but Krystal has a staff to use for a moveset. Finally, I don't think that Zelda will get both Vaati and Skull Kid. Neither are that important to the series, so I don't expect them both to get in.

I'm glad you didn't put in some character like Kawashima or Dr Lobe. Oh, and what happened to the Ice Climbers?

Also, just because we saw two generic AC villagers does not suggest that they are excluded.

There are a maximum of four AC villagers, so logically, since only two are in the background, that means that there can be one AC villager playable.

AW doesn't have a rep in the first place, so it would make more sense to include a character that's actually been in released games. Besides, why would anyone even want Will? He's never been in a released game, so why would people want to include a character that they don't know at all and may not even like, over a character that's known and liked?

There's a precedence to use a character to advertise a game. Hell, Ike and Lucas are borderline, since they were put in for the reason that they're the stars of the latest games in their respective series. You realize that AWDoR will be out no more than a month before SSBB, right? That would mean that he would be extremely recognizable, and would definitely help out the series more.
