And also, 100 votes isn't enough to get a finished game to get an update.

Haven't you heard? Jigglypuff is a joke character.

In the last game (Smash Bros. 64), Jigglypuff was designed to be the weakest character.

But this time around, since Pichu has taken over the role of ‘intrinsically weak character’, Jigglypuff was re-designed a little bit.

In all seriousness, I don't see a need for a buff. Jiggs counters Bayo. Jiggs is already perfect.
