Buff and Nerf the main of the one above

The rules are pretty simple:

The next person posting in this thread says 1 buff for the character above, and 1 nerf with it. That could be anything, EXCEPT:
- making a character way too OP (like making a special move kill at 0% with a stupidly fast frame data)
- making a character way too bad (like remove all of his damage output)
- change entirely a character's playstyle

And that's it. Have fun !

P.S: Don't criticize other's opinions, it's not a debate thread, we're here to have fun (i guess)

EDIT: If you don't have a main yet (or use another character, but only if it's a secondary or a pocket), you can use a character emote instead

Buff: Waft provides somewhat more height, meaning that an empty Waft may be a better vertical recovery to Corkscrew.
Nerf: Since Waft benefits from eating pretty much anything, it takes slightly longer for it to generate.

Buff: PkFlash takes longer to disappear when it touches the ground and can be controlled more.
Nerf: PkFire deals less damage and is easier to escape from.

Nerf: His down throw + upB combo. Simply because I get hit by it multiple times a match against every Roy I ever play.

I don’t think this ever combos and if it does it’s probably not optimal.

I’ll do Chrom.

+ Aether now automatically snaps to the ledge like most recoveries.
- Forward tilt now no longer has a hitbox the size of Kansas.

- Double down B startup frames, halve the knock back

Edit: Oops, he picked Richter. Its hard to think of buffs for a character that I want to have deleted but..

+ Improve / add angling on fair bair and uair
-Increase end lag on side B and down B

For :ultcorrinf:
+Further buff Up B I frames and distance. Increase up air killing power back to smash 4. Add in down throw to up air and fair combos. increase dash speed
-Honestly, Corrin should not receive any more nerfs, but if we have to trade off, I'd be fine with insta pin losing power in trade for all around buffs on aerials and movement.

Buff: He can have that derpy windbox on his Down Tilt/Up Air back.
Nerf: Get your poor boy some help, he's even more anorexic than before (weight from 75 down to 70).

Buff : Give some of his moves a bit more range.
Nerf : I don't feel like he really needs a particular nerf, maybe his spin to win move ?
