Everyone, next week's event will be a special one. We will be doing an ironman tournament (or CvS2 Mode Brawl). It will be a best of 1, Single Elimination bracket. You pick 3 characters at the start of the match, and then you treat it as though it were a 3v3 crew battle, with 1 person on each team. Therefore, it's essentially a Bo5 with multiple characters.

Agora, I was meaning to tell you at the weekly, but I forgot. Your comment on the video reminded me.
Against DDD with ROB, camp. Camp a lot and the matchup is even and maybe a little bit in ROB's favor. If you're too agressive with ROB you're gonna get beat pretty bad vs DDD. I find he's very easy to grab.

Depends if people want it to be. Last night it was.
I like having that $2 on the line for the intense adrenaline rush it offers.
Winner gets a decent prize (usually around $20) and I doubt anyone can't afford to put down two bucks for these. And if they can't well, that's very sad.

I had seen a match on the net the day before as well, and I saw that ROB camped a lot. I thought it was just that player's preference, but I understood why he did it when I played you yesterday : P

Lol, Chet, I'm sorry =( I do still fail at brawl. But ! I will get better ! Just need to play a bit more. Still, I suicided twice vs sphyra in the last game. I swear I didn't know I coudn't pass through that first platform after the ship wrecks in rainbow cruise. =X And those falling blocks at the end got me SOMEHOW. I flew for like 2 mins and still didn't get the platform........

Instead of a tournament, we're doing this.
Meta Knight sucks. True story. I picked Meta Knight against Techiyo thinking LOL EASY WIN META KNIGHT BROKEN. Then I was sent to the losers in my first match.
At the start of the tournament you pick 3 characters.
When you play against someone, you pick one of your 3 characters. Your opponent does the same.
Say that you lose, then you pick one of your remaining two characters. I'm assuming your opponent is locked to his first character untill he loses himself.
Repeat untill either player has no character left (should take 3 to 5 matches).
Edit: Oh well according to Joel's post you can pick different characters for each set. I guess that works too, though I'd sort of prefer my way but whatever. We probably won't see people switching their teams too much anyway as not many people are proficient with a huge amount of characters.

I have this supper thing next wednesday with my gf, and as much as I love Brawl and all, it just doesn't make up for missing out on sushi AND boobies to play at Gamer's World

P.S. Stef and I were playing Brawl at Le Chevalier today, and I noticed I was kicking some serious a$$, compared to before I started coming to the weeklies. Of course, some of you guys still reduce me to a bloody smear on the wall (I'm looking at YOU, Bento and Agora) but just wait and see, eventually you'll beg for mah m4d sk1llz =D
