I think that the community of brawl hackers should start collaborating on making the online aspect of brawl more enjoyable.
We already have downloadable hack packs in the form of brawl+, so might it be possible to edit a line of code which makes brawl go looking on a different server than nintendo's in online mode?
If we could just make a private community of more serious smashers with less lag, that would be wonderful. But what if we were able to change some of the options for online brawl too? (for instance, make the default settings of online brawl be 4 stock instead of 2 minutes, and make a seperate option for 1 on 1)?
Also, I know this may be a bit of a stretch, but what about voice chat using usb microphones or headsets? While this would be near impossible to program into the game itself, perhaps it could be ran as a separate program running in conjunction with the private server brawl?
Anyone know anything about the feasibility of this?
